Below is a letter written by our CEO refuting false claims made by Gabe Tomassoni in his December 15th letter to so called friends of Fanotech.
We have set up a website to show that these claims are indeed false and without merit and that the Simmonds Group of Companies named above will be starting legal proceedings on behalf of the shareholders of these companies to recoup funds invested and damages sustained by their breaches to binding agreements.
