David Lloyd Bolton Launches Bokwa
Club Unveils Latest Dance Fitness Craze
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 01/12/12 -- Bokwa-mania is about to hit Bolton, with the unique programme launching at David Lloyd Leisure.
The fitness programme, which combines footwork based on the alphabet and numbers as well as hand signals and American sign language, is kicking off at the club in Chorley Street on January 20.
Scores of fans will be hotfooting it to the club at 6.30pm to take part in the showcase, which promises an energetic workout like no other and could be the largest Bokwa master class in the UK.
Bokwa is an intense cardiovascular workout with moves from South African war dance, Capoeira, kickboxing and step. It has been developed by creator Paul Mavi, who has been working with the club to introduce the programme to members and will take the debut class.
General manager, Russell Ormerod, said: "At , we are extremely excited to be launching Bokwa for our members. We are always looking to develop our timetables and provide new innovative classes and activities for our members. Bokwa is a fun, energetic class and we can certainly see how it will help our members achieve their goals, and have fun doing it!"
