New President and CEO for the Rejler Group

The Rejler Group has appointed Eva Nygren as new President and CEO of the Rejler
Group. Eva comes from Sweco, where she for the last six years has been CEO of
Sweco Sweden with about 3,000 employees. Eva's task will be to achieve the
growth target 2015x3 - to employ at least 2,015 employees and have a turnover of
at least SEK 2,015 million by the year 2015 - and to bring a more international
character to the company. She enters her post at Rejlers' Annual General Meeting
(AGM) on May 2 2012.
During his 13 years as President and CEO Peter Rejler has developed Rejlers from
200 to 1,400 employees and managed to achieve the growth target for 2010 through
recruitments and acquisitions. In 2011 Rejlers was awarded third place in the
competition Great Place To Work and the Group has during the year developed
strongly in the Nordic executive region both when it comes to growth and profit.
At the AGM on May 2 Peter Rejler will be proposed as Chairman of the Board in
the company. As executive Chairman of the Board Peter will continue to work
actively in the company and will together with Eva run Rejlers' future expansion
and development.
Peter Rejler comments on the change "Eva Nygren has knowledge and experiences
that are going to be of great value for Rejlers. Her leadership, international
experience and ability to achieve great results are good examples. This allows
me to focus more on Rejlers' overall objectives and strategic development. At
the same time I will also be able to, as ambassador, represent Rejlers'
interests both internally and externally. And I will spend more time with my
children."
The present Chairman of the Board, Ivar Verner, will be proposed as vice
Chairman of the Board at the AGM. The Board has appointed the Group's CFO, Lars
Solin, vice CEO of the Rejler Group.
