Thrive World Wide Establishes Sales Teams in Miami, Orlando and Nashville
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/12/12 -- Thrive World Wide (OTCQB: TWWI) (PINKSHEETS: TWWI) has hired Sales teams in Miami, Orlando and Nashville. These sales team are experienced in local retail sales and are well versed in dealing with National retail chains and global brands. This team will be responsible for acquiring merchants to market their deals on DailyHotDeal.com.
"We feel that Florida presents a prime opportunity for DailyHotDeal. It is a vital market for DailyHotDeal offerings. Florida has a burgeoning tourist industry that will allow us to offer our subscribers who plan on traveling to Florida these deals as well. We plan to have these 3 additional markets live in early February," said Ms Borow Johnson, President and CEO of Thrive World Wide, Inc.
These markets will be headed by Tom Armstrong. Mr. Armstrong pioneered the Art Auction business for leading cruise lines. He was also responsible for the cruise industry relationships with many retail businesses throughout the Caribbean. Tom created and managed Sea Miles, the cruise industry loyalty program. Tom has also worked as a marketing executive with custom publishing in Travel. Mr. Armstrong was the VP of Advertising and Marketing at Next One Interactive and its R&R TV network. Mr. Armstrong represents several TV series and is a marketing consultant for several travel related businesses. He will be establishing relationships with leading national and global brands for all of the DHD markets. Tom will be creating media affiliate relationships and adding new revenue generating products to Thrive World Wide.
Miami's metro area is the seventh most populous and fifth-largest urban area in the United States, with a population of around 5.5 million. In addition Miami draws 38 million visitors annually. Many tourists have begun using Daily Deal sites to plan activities when vacationing. DailyHotDeal will take this into consideration when choosing its deals.
The Greater Orlando metropolitan area has a population of 2,134,411, making it the 27th largest metro area in the United States, and the third largest metro area in Florida. Total visitation to Orlando is expected to increase 5.5 percent in 2012
The 2009 population of the Nashville-Davidson-Murfreesboro-Columbia combined statistical area, with a larger trade area, was estimated at 1,666,210. Nashville attracts over 11 million visitors every year.
