Former CURANUM CEO Joins Executive Management at DPF AG
Effective immediately, the DPF AG, Berlin, Germany, expands its executive
management with the addition of Mr. Bernd Rothe. Mr. Rothe joins DPF AG's
current sole director Felix von Braun to jointly manage DPF AG, an
investment company specializing in care facility properties. Mr. Rothe will
be responsible for finance, asset management and interim management. As
Managing Director, Mr. von Braun will be responsible for strategy, M&A as
well as acquisition and sales.
Mr. Rothe previously served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial
Officer at CURANUM AG, Germany's largest listed operator of care facilities
and senior residences with more than 9,000 nursing care apartments and over
6,500 employees.
'With the addition of Mr. Rothe, the DPF AG is continuing its strategy of
focusing on the challenging segment of managed real estate, nursing care
facilities and senior citizens' residences', states Professor Justus
Vollrath, Chairman of the Board at DPF AG. 'By combining its real estate
expertise with Mr. Rothe's extensive operator experience, DPF AG is able to
offer a clear competitive advantage.'
The DPF AG specializes in the investment in nursing care facilities and
places its focus on nursing care facilities at sustainable locations with a
proven nursing care demand. The DPF AG also invests in senior citizens'
residences, residential homes and supervised senior citizens' centers with
innovative concepts and integrated models with medical care facilities and
additional upstream and downstream services.
