Splunk Inc. Files Registration Statement for an Initial Public Offering
(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/12/12 -- today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch will act as joint book-running managers for the offering, and UBS Securities LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC and Cowen and Company LLC will act as co-managers.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
