BofI Holding Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss Second Quarter Results

(NASDAQ: BOFI) ("BOFI" or "Company"), parent of BofI Federal Bank, announced today that it would host a conference call at 2:00 PM PT (5:00 PM ET) on Thursday, February 2, 2012, to discuss financial results for the second quarter ended December 31, 2011.
Joining Gregory Garrabrants, President and Chief Executive Officer of BOFI, will be Andrew J. Micheletti, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The Company plans to distribute its earnings announcement prior to the conference call.
