Health IT Service Provider Enters New Market and Takes Its Cloud-Based Service Delivery Model to Brazil

("Manager Systems®"), a health informatics company providing practice management, EMR, radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) to hospitals and clinics in Brazil.
Based in Florianopolis, Brazil, Manager Systems () is a health informatics company that develops and markets practice management, EMR, RIS and PACS primarily to imaging centers and clinics throughout Brazil. The company has 21 employees and has acquired 450 customers in its 20 year operating history.
7 Medical has acquired all of the assets of Manager Systems for an undisclosed amount. Manager Systems will retain all employees and continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of 7 Medical. The acquisition is 7 Medical's first entrance into the Brazil and international markets. The companies share similar customer profiles and core competencies in their respective markets: hospitals, imaging centers, radiology groups and clinics in the small and medium marketplace.
