Unterschleissheim near Munich München, 17 January 2012 - IC Asset
Management GmbH, a subsidiary of IC Immobilien Gruppe, managed a
prolongation of a lease contract, started in 2005, with Jobcenter Mannheim
for further 10 years. The seven storey building is located in
Ifflandstraße, Mannheim and has a rental space of about 6,000 sqm. It is
part of a portfolio, which IC has managed since 2007 by order of a foreign
investment company. In this connection IC is responsible for asset as well
as property management.

The IC Immobilien Gruppe focuses on asset and property management for
German and international, institutional real estate investors. Besides
this, the group, with its head office in Unterschleissheim near Munich,
manages real estate funds issued both by the company and by third parties.
