For example, using the portal application, the purchasing and sales employee can now bundle the most important role-based information on one screen.
Further actions or analysis can be executed directly from the screen. Mobile applications support sales and service employees when visualizing and editing their data. The new logistics concept NLK by Volkswagen, an industry specific solution included in abas Automotive, is also included in Version 2011. In the accounting area, the balance sheet can now also be created electronically.

The abas portal application for the buyer or seller bundles all relevant information for one workplace in a role-based manner in one view. Employees will only see processes required for their specific job. Other actions and analysis can be carried out directly from the screen. This saves time and minimizes sources of errors. With DMS integration, stored documents can be accessed at any time.
Transparency in all areas
The CRM/SRM portal applications clearly visualize all processes for a customer, prospective customer or vendor. BI (Business Intelligence) standard reports, included in the standard, also ensure transparency, for example regarding price development or purchasing statistics.
