PayChest: New Mibella Brand Trademarks
(firmenpresse) - HONG KONG -- (Marketwire) -- 01/18/12 -- PayChest, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PYCT) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the Company has received confirmation of filing new trademarks in the US and UK, for a new and additional product name of "Mibella."
The Mibella trademarks have been filed on behalf of PayChest that is, or will be, the owner of record. This differs from the Flushaway® trademarks that are used under license. The UK trademark application can be viewed at and the US application can be viewed at .
The Mibella name, meaning "My beautiful," has high consumer appeal and is designed to complement the existing brand and product positioning. Mibella was created following research and feedback on brand names with the trademark filing and brand announcement delayed for competitive reasons. Final approval and registration of the trademark in the US will follow after a purchase order is received.
Many well-known consumer products are simultaneously sold under different brand names and packaging to reflect different consumer preferences across culture, language and countries.
Mibella retains all the features of the new Flushaway® product line. Both the Mibella and Flushaway® brand of flushable biodegradable women's pads and liners incorporate the latest product design to improve product performance and consumer comfort over earlier versions of Flushaway® products, previously sold in Wal-Mart, K-Mart and other major retailers.
The new Mibella brand packaging, logo design and colours have already been designed. Mibella packaging is blue and white while the Flushaway® brand will continue to be packaged in the pink, black and white colours that is currently seen on the website. Over the next several weeks, the Company website will be updated to include the new Mibella brand. Shareholders are encouraged to go to the company website on a regular basis and there will be regular additions to the website.
