Sentry Investments Inc. announces the termination of SEF Private Issuers Trust
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/18/12 -- Sentry Investments Inc. ("Sentry"), the manager of SEF Private Issuers Trust (the "Trust"), announces that the termination of the Trust became effective at the end of business on January 17, 2012.
In connection with the Trust's termination, the amount of $0.47 per Trust unit, representing the net asset value per unit of the Trust upon termination, after paying, retiring or discharging all known liabilities and obligations (actual or contingent) of the Trust, has been distributed to the Trust's unitholders of record.
