(firmenpresse) - AJAX, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/19/12 -- The Board of Directors of Automodular Corporation (TSX: AM) ("Automodular" or "the Company") has appointed Christopher Nutt Chief Executive Officer of the Company following the retirement of Michael Blair on December 31, 2011. Mr. Nutt will also serve on the Board of Directors effective immediately.

Automodular Corporation is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing and transportation services to the automotive industry - Ford's Oakville Assembly Plant - and the renewable energy industry - Vestas Nacelles A/S. The Company has three operating facilities and employs approximately 525 people.
