Fancamp Appoints Jean Lafleur to the Board and Grants Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/19/12 -- Fancamp Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: FNC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean Lafleur, M.Sc., P.Geo. to its Board of Directors. Mr. Lafleur, with his over 30 years of experience in exploration, project development and strategic corporate planning, together with his very wide range of industry contacts, will lend invaluable expertise to the company as it develops and advances its large asset base.
The Company has granted incentive stock options to director(s) for the purchase of up to 1,385,000 common shares in its capital stock, at a price of $0.36 per share, exercisable on or before January 19, 2017. The options are granted pursuant to the Company's stock option plan, under which a maximum of 10 percent of the issued and outstanding common shares are reserved for issuance. Shares issuable upon exercise of the incentive stock options are subject to a 4 month TSX Venture Exchange hold period, commencing on the date the incentive stock options are granted.
