Unigold Inc. Grants Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/19/12 -- Unigold Inc. ("Unigold") (TSX VENTURE: UGD) has granted 75,000 options to an employee providing investor relations services to the Company. These options have been granted pursuant to Unigold's Stock Option Plan, have a term of five years and are exercisable at a price of $0.32 cents per share. The options vest on a quarterly basis over a 12-month term.
