AVIX Initiates (NDA) With Helpful Technologies, Inc. -- Company Introduces New President

(the "Company" or "AVIX") (PINKSHEETS: AVIX) announced today that it has executed a Non-Disclosure Agreement to acquire and license Intellectual Property (IP) from Helpful Technologies Inc., a privately held company and developer of "IP" technologies from software and technology solutions on a global scale.
Newly appointed President of AVIX, Reno J. Calabrigo, stated, "The Company is excited about this new direction and vision that this growing relationship will take us. This is a tremendous opportunity for both shareholders and investors that we fully expect should optimize corporate growth."
The Company (AVIX) has recently accepted the resignations of Cornelia Volino as President, and Secretary and Treasurer and Director, Mr. John Neufeld and wishes them the best in their future endeavors.
