New Belgium Brewing Company Selects Blue Horseshoe for Dynamics AX Implementation
(firmenpresse) - CARMEL, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 01/26/12 -- Based in Fort Collins, Colo., is a regional craft brewer that has experienced consistent growth in sales volume and SKU's since its inception in 1991. Now, as the third largest craft brewer in the U.S., New Belgium is nearing capacity at its current manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facilities, and has selected software development and solutions firm, for a comprehensive operational review and implementation of an system.
Blue Horseshoe's strategy group, TransTech Consulting will evaluate the company's business requirements to engineer efficient, ergonomic and economical processes throughout the operations including the distribution center and manufacturing environments and generate a long-term strategic plan. Blue Horseshoe will then implement the ERP system as a complete platform to streamline and expand New Belgium's business, including finance, brewing, bottling and distribution.
To further extend functionality of Dynamics AX, Blue Horseshoe will implement its and systems. Developed by Blue Horseshoe, WAX embeds advanced supply chain capabilities into Dynamics AX to significantly extend warehousing functionality, while TRAX embeds industry-specific transportation planning and execution functionality. Both systems are embedded directly into the business layer of Dynamics AX's architecture offering identical performance, processing and file structure as Dynamics AX.
