ista North America Announces the Appointment of Industry Leader as New CIO
(firmenpresse) - ALPHARETTA, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/26/12 -- ista North America, the country's leader in energy and water metering, billing and management, has announced the addition of industry expert Jim Crysdale as Chief Information Officer.
Crysdale brings over twenty years of executive management and IT experience and has spent the past decade focused specifically on utilities and competitive energy. His technical and strategic expertise will contribute significantly as ista continues to strengthen its IT organization.

Crysdale's appointment marks the tenth anniversary of ista's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, which has seen extraordinary double-digit growth over the past 8 years. This move also parallels the company's recent extensive investment in IT infrastructure and product development to enable the growth of its clients.
In his new role, Jim will be responsible for all aspects of Information Technology including IT Architecture, Application Development, Infrastructure and Project Management.

He has also served in leadership roles and strategic consulting engagements for several of the largest leading competitive energy retailers in North America. Jim is now based at ista's corporate headquarters in Alpharetta, GA.
