Bazdanes will build upon the firm's success in the middle market (companies with annual revenues of between $50 million and $1 billion), and will be servicing both the New England and New York metro regions.

Prior to joining AMS, Bazdanes managed a team of professionals focused on client and business development, strategic planning and recruiting for the finance and accounting departments of leading New England organizations. Like many of the AMS team, she has previously held CFO and VP of finance positions. She was CFO and vice president, operations for Aureus Asset Management and Boston Capital Partners respectively. She also worked at Harvard Management Company.
