("Zenyatta" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ZEN) announces that pursuant to a Professional Services Agreement Mr. Robert D. Stewart's term as Vice President Exploration has ended effective January 1, 2012. While Mr. Stewart may be engaged by the Company on an ad hoc basis in the future, the oversight of the Company's exploration program on its Albany Project will be continued by Mr. Aubrey Eveleigh (P.Geo.), the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer.

The Company wishes to thank Mr. Stewart for his services as an Officer of the Company and looks forward to a continued relationship on an ad hoc basis.
