Confederation Minerals Ltd. Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/31/12 -- Confederation Minerals Ltd. ("Confederation" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CFM) reports that it has granted incentive stock options, exercisable to purchase up to an aggregate of 2,000,000 shares of the Company, to directors and consultants of the Company. The options are all exercisable at the price of $0.57 per share until January 30, 2017, subject to any earlier termination in accordance with their terms.
