In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports
Corporation on January 31, 2012, the company will redeem the EUR 60 million
hybrid bond issued on March 12, 2009.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond, the redemption will be
made on March 12, 2012.
