Incap's factory is one ofthe biggest employers in Kuressaare and today, the personnel number amounts to185."This award is a recognition of our persistent work in Kuressaare. Incap established the subsidiary in Kuressaare in 13 March 2000,when the business of a local contract manufacturer of electronis with 50 skilledworkers were transferred to Incap. The new factory building was inaugurated in2006.The factory's current size and modern equipment serve well Incap's presentmanufacturing needs in electronics and box-build products. Kuressaare factory isan essential part of Incap's operations and has operated successfully since itsestablishment.
