Leverkusen, 6 February 2012 - Biofrontera Pharma GmbH, a fully-owned subsidiary
of Biofrontera AG, has today signed an agreement with Desitin Arzneimittel GmbH,
Hamburg, for the marketing and distribution of Ameluz(®) in Denmark, Sweden and
Norway, with a preferred right of negotiation for Finland. Biofrontera receives
a significant immediate down-payment and 35% of all of Desitin's net revenues
with Ameluz(®). Further details are made available in a parallel press release.
