Spreecast Extends Social Video Platform With Embed Capability
Live & Recorded Spreecasts Can Now Be Embedded on Web Sites & Blogs
(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/07/12 -- , the social video platform that lets people broadcast together, announced today that its service can now be embedded, free of charge, on any website or blog.
Launched as a public beta in November 2011, Spreecast enables people, using only a browser and a webcam, to produce highly interactive face-to-face video broadcasts that thousands of others can participate in live. The broadcasts are simultaneously recorded and immediately available for playback and sharing.

The Spreecast Embed comes in multiple sizes and includes an interactive, two-way video screen, a built-in chat room, customizable Twitter stream, and Facebook Comments. Viewers can chat, submit questions to people on screen, and request to join them on camera. Producers behind the scenes have robust controls to moderate the spreecast and control everything that appears on screen.
