Golden Star Resources Sets Date for 2011 Year End Results News Release and Conference Call

(NYSE Amex: GSS) (TSX: GSC) (GHANA: GSR) today announced it will report 2011 fourth quarter and full year financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, and conduct a conference call and webcast on Thursday, February 23, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time (11:00 a.m. ET).
