Graniz Mondal Inc. Announces Termination of Option Agreement With Nightstar Resources Inc.
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/07/12 -- Graniz Mondal Inc. ("Graniz") (NEX: GRA.H) announces the termination of the option agreement that it entered into with Nightstar Resources Inc. ("Nightstar") on June 30, 2011, as amended on September 27, 2011 and December 14, 2011 (the "Agreement"). Pursuant to the Agreement, Nightstar granted to Graniz the option (the "Option") to acquire a 60% undivided interest in a property owned by Nightstar in LaRonge, Saskatchewan.
Trading of Graniz's common shares was halted at Graniz's request while Graniz and Nightstar pursued discussions with respect to the Option. Graniz will contact the NEX and request that this halt be removed so as to permit trading of Graniz's common shares to recommence.
Management of Graniz has relaunched its search for an attractive business opportunity for a business combination, either in the mineral resource exploration sector or in another appropriate sector of the economy, that would provide Graniz and its shareholders a chance to participate in growth and achieve healthy returns.
