The machinery and plant manufacturer will be occupying about 60 square metres to promote its comprehensive product portfolio at this year's UTECH. The spotlight is on innovations in the production of fibre-reinforced structural elements, as well as on new machine and mixhead technology for making Formed in Place Foam Gaskets using PU high pressure metering.
UTECH EUROPE is the right place to find out all about technical novelties in the area of polyurethane processing. Hennecke GmbH will be present with a multitude of innovations. Different fibre-reinforced structural elements for automotive applications made using the high pressure RTM (HP-RTM) process will be on display. The improved version of the classic RTM process gives users unlimited capacities for producing large volumes in view of the degree of automation and cycle time. Hennecke also offers a tailor-made STREAMLINE machine concept to fit. Moreover, Hennecke will be introducing a new kind of metering machine for extremely small outputs. The system can be used in the application of Formed in Place Foam Gaskets where the high pressure metering of particularly reactive raw materials enables different process steps to be combined effectively based on a synchronized cycle time. The new MT 3 mixhead for very small outputs is ideal for outputs starting at 1.5 grams per second per component.
