(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Geveran Trading, a company indirectly controlled by trusts affiliated with JohnFredriksen and his family, has extended TRS agreements relating to 20 millionshares in Marine Harvest ASA. The new expiration of the TRS agreements is 17June 2010. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK 4,8032 per share. GeveranTrading's affiliated ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is following thistransaction unchanged 1,079,632,775 shares, constituting 30.2 percent of theissued share capital. In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with a netexposure to 70 million shares.This information is subject of the disclosure requirements acc. to §5-12 vphl(Norwegian Securities Trading Act)[HUG#1375500]
