Vancouver, British Columbia, February 8, 2012 - XTF Capital Corp., which is
owned by First Asset Capital, has launched a new Index Exchange Traded Fund,
which will trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange, under the symbol QXM.

The XTF Morningstar National Bank Quebec Index ETF, was developed in association
with National Bank of Canada, and will reflect the performance of equities with
issuers headquartered in Quebec, and is weighted according to the market
capitalization of the companies.
The largest holdings will include SNC-Lavalin Group, Bombardier, Metro Inc,
National Bank of Canada, and CN Railway.
Both the National Bank and the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec invested
$15 million each in order to create the fund.
Laurent Ferreira, Executive VP and Managing Director, Derivatives at National
Bank, stated, "This is the very first ETF to allow the individual and any other
investor to be exposed to close to sixty Quebec-based companies - in a single
step."
The ETF was initially priced at $10 per unit.
Purchasers should be aware that there are two types of units. The Consumer units
are intended for do-it-yourself investors and those using fee-based advisor
accounts, and will have a management fee of 0.5%. There is also an Advisor
series, which trades under the same symbol, but with the extension "A", having
the symbol QXM.A. The Advisor series will have an additional .75% annual
management fee, which reflects a trailer fee which is paid to the advisor as
compensation. This will, of course, result in a lesser return to the investor.
