Accomplished Executive Ray Guzman and Renowned Security Expert Brad Hutson Bring Wealth of Healthcare, Technology and Other Diverse Industry Experience

Guzman will lead WPC's sales and business development initiatives to facilitate new growth opportunities, as well as refine the company's strategic direction and competitive advantage. He brings significant experience in the healthcare and technology industries with a successful track record in strategic planning, enterprise sales, team orchestration and leadership, contract negotiation, and project management.
Guzman formerly held expanding sales and business development positions over the past nine years at Microsoft. There, he managed major healthcare accounts and developed partnership strategies throughout the healthcare industry. Guzman's performance earned him a spot in Microsoft's Exceptional Potential (ExPo) program, which identifies and develops top Microsoft performers for future senior leadership roles. Guzman is also a U.S. Army veteran.
The hiring of Hutson supports the expansion of WPC's security and compliance consulting team. Hutson will lead the expanded practice to assist WPC clients with adhering to expanded federal regulations and demands for the greater safeguarding of patient data.
Hutson comes to WPC with more than 25 years of experience in government, law enforcement, and healthcare security encompassing diverse areas such as: data, application development, infrastructure, e-Commerce, business continuity/disaster recovery, and auditing. As one of the original members of the HIPAA task force to design security rules and regulations, he brings his extensive knowledge of HIPAA HITECH security and data breaches to hospitals, health systems and payers. Hutson is a recognized security software development expert and a certified FDIC security auditor who led a security advisory team consisting of chief security officers from three global consumer reporting companies.
In previous positions, Hutson was chief technology officer for several Fortune 500 companies and government entities where he provided security consulting to large financial institutions and healthcare organizations including the development of end-to-end processes that governed training and application security testing, certifications and audits.
