Frontline Ltd.'s preliminary fourth quarter 2011 results will be released on
Friday February 17, 2012. In connection with this, a presentation and a
teleconference/webcast will be held as described below:

1. Presentation:
A presentation will be held in Oslo at Aker Brygge in DNB ASA's premises on
Friday February 17, 2012 at 08:30 a.m. (CET). If you wish to attend, please
confirm to our reception at +47 23 11 40 00 or by email to IR(at)frontmgt.no.

2. Teleconference and webcast
A conference call will be held at 3:00 p.m. CET (9:00 a.m U.S. Eastern Time) on
February 17, 2012. The results presentation will be available for download from
the Investor Relation section at www.frontline.bm Friday morning.

In order to attend the conference call you may do one of the following:

link. To be able to attend the webcast, Windows Media Player and a sound card is
required.
