Shaw Business Signs Contract with Snamprogetti Canada
Shaw Business to provide services to the Sunrise Energy Construction Camp through three-year agreement

(TSX: SJR.B) (NYSE: SJR) is proud to announce its successful bid to provide Snamprogetti Canada Inc. with communications services for Husky's Sunrise Energy Project construction camp. The three-year agreement will service 1,500 individual camp rooms and showcase Shaw Business's capabilities in three key areas - phone, television and Internet.
Snamprogetti Canada, a leading contractor in the design and implementation of large oil and gas projects, is facilitating the construction of the camp. The camp will act as a residence for construction contractors at the Sunrise Energy Project, an oil sands project located 60 kilometres northeast of Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Voice services for the Sunrise Energy Project construction camp will be provided as part of one of the largest SIP deployments that Shaw Business has undertaken to date. Allowing for the transfer of voice services over the Internet, Shaw's advanced IP network enables customized voice and data solutions delivered by the latest technology.
High-Definition television services will deliver customized offerings to 1,500 individual camp rooms, including Video On Demand, Pay Per View and a selection of channel packages.
With Broadband speeds and five WiFi access points, Shaw Business will deliver lightning-fast Internet connectivity to customers at the camp using both wired and wireless devices.
Services for this large-scale offering are currently being implemented and the first phase is expected to be completed by the end of February 2012.
