NPRO - Possible new bond issue in Norwegian Property
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Norwegian Property ASA is considering to issue a new bond in the Norwegian bondmarket, subject to terms and conditions. The purpose is to refinance theoutstanding 2(nd) priority pledged bond (NPRO03) which expires late in March2010. DnBNOR Markets and Nordea Markets have been mandated as joint arrangers.The outstanding bond which is seeked refinanced has 2nd priority pledge in thefollowing properties: Maridalsveien 323 in Oslo, Middelthunsgate 17 in Oslo,Forusbeen 35 in Stavanger and Finnestadveien 44 in Stavanger.
