Fidelity Bancorp, Inc. 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

(firmenpresse) - PITTSBURGH, PA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/16/12 -- Fidelity Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSBI), the parent holding company for Fidelity Bank, PaSB, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (the "Bank"), announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. At the meeting, Richard G. Spencer and Christopher S. Green were re-elected as directors for three-year terms expiring in 2015. The stockholders also approved a non-binding advisory resolution on executive compensation and ratified S.R. Snodgrass as Bank auditors.

Fidelity Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company organized under Pennsylvania corporate law that owns and operates Fidelity Bank, as its wholly-owned subsidiary. The Company conducts its business through the Bank from its main office in Pittsburgh and thirteen full-service branch offices located in Allegheny and Butler Counties, Pennsylvania.
