Quasar is pleased to announce its CEO, Joseph Canouse, has settled partial contributions and services with the company in exchange for shares in the Corporation. Furthermore, those shares were subsequently assigned to a non-profit corporation which Mr. Canouse created to primarily fund Veterans and active duty military members seeking careers and training in aviation. Details of the non-profit corporation will be released later.
The Corporation will also be hosting a conference call for shareholders and the investment community on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. EST.
