Blumark Brings One-Stop Financial Planning to Michigan's Upper and Lower Peninsulas
Launch Celebration Includes $99 Tax Prep Promotion and Fundraiser to Benefit Great Lakes Nonprofit Organizations

MARIE, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 02/17/12 -- Blumark -- a one-stop financial consulting firm created by former team members from KPMG, American Express and other global financial firms -- launches today with offices to serve clients across Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula.
To celebrate the launch, Blumark and its affiliated Blumark Tax Advisors are offering clients an introductory $99 special on tax preparation. The discounted $99 fee covers preparation of a standard 2011 tax return, which typically costs $250 - $300.
In addition to the discount, Blumark will mark the launch with a fundraiser to benefit three local charities -- the Sault Ste. Marie Chapter of the United Way, and Detroit Metro-based Operation: Kid Equip and Golden Retriever Rescue of Michigan (GRRoM).
Clients who make a charitable contribution to one of the above-mentioned nonprofit organizations before April 15th ("Tax Day") will have their donation matched 50 percent by Blumark. For example, if a client donates $20, his or her donation will grow to $30. Blumark will make this additional contribution until the company reaches a total of $5,000 in matching funds.
