Touchstone Exploration Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/17/12 -- Touchstone Exploration Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TAB) announces that the Company has granted an aggregate of 3,050,000 stock options to acquire common shares in the capital of the Company, to employees, officers and directors, at a price of $0.42 per share. The options vest over a period of three (3) years. Of the grant, 2,150,000 options have been granted to officers and directors.
