Orex Grants Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/17/12 -- Orex Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE: REX) ("Orex") announces that it has granted incentive stock options to investor relations consultant Sigorex Management GmbH to purchase 75,000 shares in the capital of Orex for a period of two years at $0.74 per share, being the closing price of the Orex shares today. The options will vest at 25% per quarter over a period of twelve months and will be fully vested by February 17, 2013.

Orex has also granted incentive stock options to directors and officers to purchase 1,425,000 shares in the capital of Orex for a period of five years at $0.74 per share. The options will vest immediately.
