(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Basware share subscriptions with warrants and increase in share capitalBasware Stock Exchange Release, January 27, 2010, 10:40A total of 11 500 shares have been subscribed with Basware Warrant Program. Theshare subscriptions were based on the Warrant Program 2006 (series B). Accordingto the terms of the warrant program, the subscription price per share in the2006 program was EUR 12.19 for series B.The corresponding share capital increase of EUR 3 450.00 has been entered in theFinnish Trade Register today, January 27, 2010. After the increase, the sharecapital of Basware Corp. is EUR 3 443 887.20 in total. The share capital isdivided into 11 479 624 shares. The new shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMXHelsinki Ltd together with the old shares starting on January 28, 2010. The newshares provide the shareholders with full shareholder rights.The Basware Warrant Program 2006 is based on the Board of Directors resolutionon April 7, 2006, with the authorization of the Annual General Meeting.
