Scandinavia AS and Intersys Norge AS have acquired 247 067
new shares in the Navamedic private placement in February
2012. New total holding is 1 662 267 shares. Following this
transaction Storvestre and associated companies holds 20.1%
of the shares and voting rights of Navamedic ASA. The
transaction is an increase above the 20% substantial
shareholder filing threshold.

On 4 May 2011, London Mining received a notification that UBS Investment Bank
had crossed a threshold of more than one whole percentage point and now holds
5.9% of the total voting rights of London Mining Plc.
Following the sale of 330,100 shares on March 15, 2011, accounts managed by
Harris Associates L.P. became the beneficial owners of 4,619,700 shares of Atea
ASA. This represents 4.76% of the company and a decrease below the 5%
substantial shareholder filing threshold.
The following is a breakdown of share ownership as of March 15, 2011:
Following the purchase of 102,700 shares on May 9, 2011, accounts managed by
Harris Associates L.P. became the beneficial owners of 4,923,000 shares of Atea
ASA. This represents 5.07% of the company and an increase above the 5%
substantial shareholder filing threshold.
As of May 3rd, 2011, the voting interest of APG Algemene Pensioen Groep N.V. in
Sevan Drilling AS (ISIN NO0010455793) exceeded the threshold of 5% and,
according to our own calculation, now amounts to 6.54% (22,000,000 voting rights
Sabaro Investments Limited has acquired 665,000 shares in S.D. Standard Drilling
Plc. Following the purchase Sabaro Investments Limited, together with affiliated
companies, controls 4,665,000 shares, equal to approximately 11.1 % of the share
capital.
