(Thomson Reuters ONE) - In connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting 10 November 2009, thedecision was made to change the company name Scandinavian Property DevelopmentASA (SPDE) to Fornebu Utvikling ASA (FBU).The Board of Directors has decided that the name change will take place 1February 2010.
