(firmenpresse) - ELKINS, WV -- (Marketwire) -- 02/21/12 -- A Class A office building with approximately 19,000 square feet of finished office space on three levels will sell at auction Wednesday, March 28, with managing the sale.

The property sits on approximately 3.78 acres at 340 Beverly Pike and was previously occupied by a law practice.

"This office building not only has a high-traffic location, but it's also ideally suited for businesses such as law offices, investment advisories, physicians' offices, and others that need to convey an upscale image," according to Jim Woltz, president of the auction company. I wouldn't be surprised to see some interest along those lines," said Woltz.
