Mobiform Signs Long Term Technology Agreement With Schneider Electric Industries SAS
(firmenpresse) - CRYSTAL RIVER, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 02/21/12 -- Mobiform Software, Inc (OTCBB: MOBS), a global provider of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) technology for manufacturing and heavy industry, today announced that it has signed a long term agreement to provide portions of its proprietary software to Schneider Electric Industries SAS, a global leader in automation management and power distribution. In the seven (7) year agreement, Schneider Electric Industries SAS has agreed to a cumulative licensing and support fee of $2.4 million for use of Mobiform technology in their products.
