Under a $2.2 million prime contract awarded to Harris, AtHoc EMNS combined with Air Force TDC will deliver rapid bi-directional communications to meet force protection and personnel accountability requirements during deployed military contingencies and missions.
AtHoc is meeting TDC requirements to provide the latest commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions that can be rapidly delivered anywhere in the world, while reducing airlift and manpower requirements. Communications are available when needed in the field via TDC kits, Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), and Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet).
The vast majority of U.S. Air Force units have procured AtHoc's , making AtHoc IWSAlerts the primary network-centric EMNS in the U.S. Air Force.
