(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Results 2009Dividend 2009General Meeting of Shareholders 2010Oc?onfirms that the results for the 2009 financial year are equal to theprovisional results that werepublished on 12 January 2010. This means total revenues of EUR 2,648 million,operating income of-EUR 15 million and net income of -EUR 47 million. These final results arederived from the financialstatements as audited by our external accountants.Dividend 2009As announced on 12 January 2010, Oc?roposes to shareholders that no dividendwill be declaredover 2009.General Meeting of ShareholdersThe Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held in Venlo on Thursday,22 April 2010,commencing at 14.00 hours.
