Long Harbour Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/27/12 -- Long Harbour Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE: LHC) announces that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 1,333,333 units at $0.15 per unit for gross proceeds of $200,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.25 for a period of 12 months from the closing of the offering.
Proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital. Finder's fees will be payable on a portion of this private placement.
Long Harbour also reports that it is investigating potential resource property acquisitions to supplement its current property interests.
