Osisko Announces Record Date for Annual Meeting

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/27/12 -- Osisko Mining Corporation (TSX: OSK)(FRANKFURT: EWX) ("Osisko" or the "Company") announces that it will hold its 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") on May 10, 2012, in Montreal, Quebec. The time and address of the location of the Annual Meeting will be as set forth in Osisko's Management Information Circular and Proxy for the Annual Meeting. The record date for determining the holders of the Company's common shares entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting is March 23, 2012.
