Frankfurt am Main, 29 February 2012. March 4th 2012 will mark the
international launch of the Joyou brand, with Joyou's branded products
being exhibited at the KBB Exhibition in Birmingham, UK. In cooperation
with GROHE, Joyou AG will simultaneously use the event as a launch ceremony
and begin supplying its branded Joyou products to the UK market. A
distribution agreement has been reached with Robert Lee Distribution LTD,
one of the largest independent distributors of bathrooms, showers and
plumbing products, supplying retailers and merchants in the UK. The first
order of the year to be delivered in April 2012 and comprises over 100
types of faucets and accessories. The Joyou branded products will be
targeted to reach a universe of approximately 1,000 of Robert Lee's trading
partners' outlets.
The first order of Joyou branded products in the UK is part of the
strategic joint venture of GROHE and Joyou to launch the Joyou brand in
international markets, starting with Europe, North America and Middle East.
The partnership enables GROHE to introduce Joyou as its mass-market global
brand. Products to be sold in the UK are a selection from Joyou's
pioneering portfolio offering high quality internationally designed
bathroom products at very affordable prices.

Through extensive investment into research and development we can tailor
our high-quality offering to specific market conditions and requirements.
Grohe has established a dedicated company to promote Joyou branded products
worldwide,' said Gerry Mulvin, member of the board of Joyou AG.

Sanitary Hardware, Copper and Semi-Finished Components, Grohe Business. In
2010, Joyou realised group revenues of EUR 246.6 million, an operating
profit (EBIT) of EUR 43.7 million and a net profit of EUR 33.2 million.
