LOYAL3 Hires Ex-Merriman Capital CEO as Chief Financial Officer

He will oversee corporate finance, accounting and compliance functions, and will report to LOYAL3 Chief Executive Officer, Barry Schneider.

Previously, Coleman was CFO, COO and a member of the Board of Directors at ThinkEquity (formerly ThinkPanmure), a company providing institutional brokerage, investment banking, and asset management services. Prior to that, he was a senior research analyst covering the software industry at Schwab Soundview and Bank of America Montgomery Securities.
Coleman holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
